Conner is a Tacoma-based real estate agent with Windermere, serving Pierce County and the South Sound. After nearly a decade in tech focused on sustainability and the built environment — and prior experience as a business manager at an architecture and interior design firm — she was drawn to real estate as a hands-on way to help people make one of life's most meaningful decisions. 

She takes a client-first, relationship-driven approach built on communication, trust, and genuine connection. Whether you're buying your first home, moving up, or investing, she's with you every step of the way — and isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves when the time comes. 

As a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQ+ community, she's committed to creating an inclusive experience for clients of all backgrounds and family configurations. Outside of real estate, she's a Pierce County Master Gardener, an outdoor enthusiast, and an unabashed housing nerd — don’t (or do 😀) get her started on cob houses.
